Best Rivals games in College Football History

I will give my top 5 rival games and teams.

1). Ohio State vs Michigan The grandaddy of alll college football games. No contest the best of the best.

2). Texas vs Oklohoma- Great programs with great historys.

3). USC vs Notre Dame- This game used to be boring several years ago, but not no more since comeback of these two programs.

4). Alambama vs Auburn- Great matchups and great players come out of their.

5). Georgia vs Florida-Georgia never wins against Florida but still a great game and great time to party.

    Did I miss anybody?

Some of my favorite games to watch the last 30-odd years --- Since I've been in college --- are Army/Navy and USC/UCLA. And, of course, the one I've seen in person or on TV each season since 1968 by my count, A&M/Texas.

If I voted for any on your list I would probably give a nod to Alabama/Auburn. Their cheerleaders are underrated

As far as history goes, Oklahoma/Nebraska has been a bigger rivalry than Oklahoma/Texas. Obviously, recent history has reversed this. I think OSU/Mich and Auburn/Alabama have to be the top two in some order.

Notre Dame/MSU is a great non-conference rivalry game....

As many of you know, I live for Big Ten football and watch nearly every game I can in that conference......other big ten rivalries that don't get much attention unless you live in these neck of the woods is Minn/UW, Iowa/UW, Indiana/Purdue, and NW/Illinois...

Other rivalries that have long histories but don't get much attention is

    Missouri/Kansas
    Army/Navy
    Pitt/WV
    Miss/Miss St
    Georgia/Tenn
Georgia/Auburn (very under the radar...lot of great games over the years between these schools)

Being a FSU fan, I have to agree with that. It sometimes decides who would go to the national title game, and who would get snubbed.
