The candidates are Scott Frost, the "Miracle Man" from UCF that is suppose to save Nebraska Football. (0-4).
Chip Kelly. The alleged offensive genius who was suppose to return UCLA to repsectability. (0-4).

Nebraska has away games at Wisconsin, Northwestern, Ohio State and Iowa, which should insure an 8 loss season. They get Minnesota at home after Minny takes a pounding in the Horseshoe. After Nebraska gets their ass pounded in the Horseshoe, their huge opportunity for a win comes. Illinois comes visiting. This is Big Red's Big chance to get a win in 2018. Their final home game is against Michigan State, an up and down team with more up than down. 1-9-1 with one cancellation looks like Nebraska's goal now.

UCLA has it tougher. The easiest game they have left is at home against Arizona. They also host Washington, Utah, USC and Stanford. They have an away game at Cal, and their last Away game at Arizona State, sandwiched in between an away game at Oregon and the USC game. There best shot is to have Arizona implode like they did the last time a Kevin Sumlin coached team played UCLA, which was game one of last season. UCLA turned that win and a 2-0 start to a 6-7 season.

I have to like Nebraska's chances at home against Illinois better than UCLA's chances at home against Arizona. Just in case both of these overpaid losers fail to win a game this season (a possibility, though rather remote) Nebraska opens the 2019 season at home against South Alabama. UCLA opes at Cincinnati. Major advantage Nebraska.
