FASCINATING THANK YOU, I did some research and it holds up! You might even say a 1.5 PT swing could predict the O/U...

Guys it holds up that following the line movement in College football totals, even by HALF a POINT yields about 55% from the last two seasons and this season, this Season being the best!!! (This season is over 60%) Anyone else have a totals system with other sports...bring it!

Curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to see how it did if you used a 3 point differential instead of two. Great news--for this year. So I decided to go back to 2008 and check some more. Not so good news.

The main problem with these types of ideas is that they need to be checked for multiple years. If they do well 4 years out of 5 or 5 years out of six that might be OK, but one good year doesn't really prove anything. I wish it did.

                3 Point Differential 2009:

                Sept 5

                +5 -8

                Sept 12

                +11 -6

                Sept 19

                +7 -5

                Sept 26

                +10 -4

                Oct 3

                +7 -0

                Oct 10

                +7 -3

                Oct 17

                +8 -6

                2009 Total

                +55 -32 63%

                2008 Results

                Sept 6

                Sept 13

                Sept 20

                +3 -4

                Sept 27

                +5 -3

Oct 4 (Here comes a real bad one)

                +1 -10

                Oct 11

                +10 -9

                Oct 18

                +11 -4

                2008 Totals:

                Small samples to be sure.
