    Early Lines
Wager them if you like them and are allowed to do so this early. Unless you are a high roller, many books will make you wait until tomorrow after their 'Preferred" players have a chance to get down. Here we go:

    Houston -8 1/2 @ Cincinnati.
    Florida State -4 @ Louisville.
    Nebraska -3 vs Oregon.
    UCLA -4 @ BYU.
Notre Dame -7 vs Michigan State.
    Auburn -4 vs Texas A&M.
    Ohio State -2 1/2 @ Oklahoma.
    Alabama -9 1/2 @ Mississippi.
    Stanford -6 1.2 vs USC.
    Texas -7 @ California.

6 away favorites in these 10 games. Who gets upset?

For the grief Stoops gets at OU, at least he has the balls to schedule tough non-conference games. Ohio State, Houston and Texas before they even get to conference. Nobody else does that.

I like BYU and Stanford. One play I'm looking at hard is Vandy -6.5 at Ga Tech. I think Vandy wins that game straight up.

Vandy would need to win by 7 not straight up?

i wondered same thing........... AND i wondered about that line being off .......... it's GT favored by 6.5 points, not vandy - consistent with Mac's logic.

Vandy was beat at home by a South Carolina team that was whipped by Miss. State, the same team that lost to South Alabama as 28 1/2 point chalk. I would lay off this game.

why would anyone want to bet early on THOSE just to see the lines FALL in their favor?? lol
houston line dropped to -7.5 or -7 !
seminoles now for -2.5 or even -2 !
huskers opened at -2.5, why take -3??
                    bruins now only -3
                    auburn now only -3.5
                    buckeyes only -2 or even -1.5 !
*only 4 of those posted were an advantage to take at open.

a skilled capper is also keenly astute in judging which way the lines will move and then waiting to take advantage.
no evidence of that from your above post.
this appears to b something u need to work on
those picks might still cover inspite of your lack of skill judging line moves
i normally avoid opening lines for just this reason
