Kaaya? Notre Dame has arguably the worst pass rush among the Power 65 teams, and they got to Kaaya 5 times last weekend. Virginia Tech got to him 7 times. Pitt will get to him, Pitt has 28 sacks, ranking them 7th in QB sacks in college football...but that isn't why I like Pitt. Miami has absolutely no one to protect Kaaya. No one. Tough to throw it when you don't have any protection.

On the other side of the ball--Pitt averages more than 230 ypg on the ground, and Miami gives up more than 150. Pitt will hammer Miami inside.

I don't predict scores, but I'd be surprised if Pitt loses this football game. Because there isn't a metric I can point to and give Miami an edge.

I just can't get by Pitt's incompetent secondary. They burned a RS last week 3/4 the way into the season they're so depleted at CB and he got toasted despite being a highly ranked recruit.

As far as time, the majority of VT passes were 50-50 balls VT won or got a PI on.

Pitt may be able to run on Miami, but Miami holds teams under their season averages in ypg and ypc. I don't find the overall averages to be as helpful in CFB because there is such a wide range in styles.
