Jimbo is getting exposed as the dunce head coach he is. Late 2nd half with that 3rd and short, camera zoomed in and he was indeciesive on what to do and looked like he mouthed what do we do. A head coach is supposed to know what he's gonna do the play before. This is not good for players to see you being unsure, they need a leader who bleeds confidence.
