    Iowa at Nebraska Dilemma
Which side are the B1G refs going to cheat for? Cheat to keep Iowa undefeated and in the playoff picture or cheat to make sure Nebraska is bowl eligible?

Looks like getting Iowa into the playoffs would be much more lucrative so bet accordingly. Line opened at Iowa -1 and has already jumped to Iowa -2 1/2 & -3.

Nebraska could get into a bowl with a 5-7 record to boot (see waiver rules for less than 6 win teams in my other post).

    Oh the mysteries of life!

    College Football Playoff Revenue-Distribution Policies

The following estimates of the CFP revenue distribution are based on preliminary calculations for the 2015-2016 season and are only approximate projections of potential revenue distribution from each component:
    (1) Each conference will receive $300,000 for each of its schools when the school’s football team meets the NCAA’s APR for participation in a post-season football game. Each independent institution will also receive the $300,000 when its football team meets that standard.
    (2) Each of the 10 conferences will also receive a base amount. For conferences that have contracts for their champions to participate in the Orange, Rose or Sugar Bowl, the base combined with the full academic performance pool will be approximately $51 million for each conference. The five conferences that do not have contracts for their champions to participate in the Orange, Rose or Sugar Bowls will receive approximately $79 million in aggregate (full academic pool plus base), which the conferences will distribute as they choose. Notre Dame will receive a payment of $2.58 million if it meets the APR standard; the other two independents will share $618,241.
    (3) A conference will receive $6 million for each team that is selected for the semifinal games. There will be no additional distribution to conferences whose teams qualify for the national championship game. A conference will receive $4 million for each team that plays in a non-playoff bowl under the arrangement (in 2014-2015, the Cotton, Fiesta and Peach Bowls).
    (4) Each conference whose team participates in a playoff semifinal, Cotton, Fiesta or Peach Bowl, or in the national championship game will receive $2.08 million to cover expenses for each game.
Additionally, certain conferences in the Football Championship Subdivision conferences will receive $2.34 million in aggregate.

Guessing your from Hastings by your pic. As a life long cornhusker. It will be stretch Armstrong that decides the game. Ohio state f/uped in hiring beck. They played not to lose. Riley better play to win. I think you will see a full out husker squad. Depending on stretch

The line is 2 1/2 all over Vegas. Iowa covers this. Instead of depending on the stupidity of the reasoning that Isaiah uses, (these fools could jump in a barrel of boobs and come up grabbing their own cheeks) why not look at who has the better players and coaches. Iowa wins the same way they win all of their games. They just wear you down. Iowa covers here.

Staying away from this one. Nebraska has looked solid the last few weeks and Iowa is not as good as their ranking indicates.

So will you be using Iowa as your weekly money line play at -125?

Or more likely copping out to protect your lame undefeated record and picking -2000 Bowling Green, -1100 Kansas State, -500 Alabama, -855 Clemson or -770 Arkansas State?

Nebraska rallied from a huge deficit last year to beat Iowa in OT, even when it was known Pellini was out. I think Nebraska matches up well with Iowa. As bad as Nebraska has been, they handed away 2 games (Illinois and BYU). If Riley is 7-4 entering this game, he wouldn't have as much criticism. But boy did Riley leave a flaming pile of trash at Oregon State. He would have been fired there for sure if he stayed.

I see a very physical smash mouth style football game, grinding out the clock and points coming at a premium with Iowa playing tight defense, just trying to squeak out a win to protect their ranking. Under 58.

"Streak" ended last year when Penn St -3500000 ML lost to Maryland.
