a team like Memphis should never be ranked until they prove they can beat good teams. 2 or 3 lose teams from proven conferences that have solid wins should be given top 25 consideration before the one dimensional teams. Navy is good, but they aren't the kind of team that should be smacking you around at home by 25 if you are a good team.
