If I was playing the game I most certainly would not be going with Fresno State. The city is a dump and the team is garbage.

How does a team like Fresno St. stumble into a bowl game? All I remember about Fresno St. is them getting their doors blown clean off the hinges on multiple occasions. And all I remember about Rice is... well, nothing. It seems that you could do better than to get caught up in this travesty on the eve of Christmas. Baby Jesus does not approve.

that was a fluke game where they started freshman Zack Greenlee. They also coughed up 281 yards
to Wyoming's star running back Brian Hill. It was an experiment.
Take a look at what happened in following games.
They destroyed San Jose, Nevada and Hawaii. Yes, they lost to Boise State
for the Mountain West Conference Title, but there's no shame in that.
Boise State is an 11-2 team with losses only to Ole Miss and Air Force.

Only an absolute fool would think that Fresno State has anything except an absolute crap team. Just for the record, and to straighten out that idiot snowball, Fresno State defeated teams that had a combined record of 25-36, plus one FCS team. That is pure garbage. Fresno State defeated Hawaii 28-21. Rice defeated Hawaii 28-14. Both games were AWAY games for Hawaii, so please can the Hawaii B.S. Boise State is a two loss team, having lost to 3 loss Ole Miss 35-13 and 3 loss Air force (who is in the same conference as Boise) 28-14.

As Urban correctly pointed out and Snowbal cannot understand at all, just because you do not think that a team can win does not automatically mean you place a wager on their opponent. A S**t game is a S**t game and this one certainly qualifies as that. Only a fool would take either one of these teams.

This is coach DeRuyters 2nd Hawaii bowl and will be a statement game. RB Marteze Waller will run all over rice. WR Harper will have 100+ yards and gain even more NFL attention. Big factor will be how Burrell plays. Dogs win.
