8-12 inches of snow last night in Buffalo and another 5-8 inches today and Thursday expected. Probably snowing throughout the game as well.

BP i did see/hear that...But for the most part does the snow really play that much havoc unless its a comp;lete whiteout....But def worth noting and discussing!

Case in point that SLOPFEST UMASS game last night had 36 points and very well should have had about 14 more points....

Yea, but they had no where near the weather that Buffalo has seen. Did you see the video of the girls bus stuck in the weather in Buffalo? You can't see 20 yards from the spot you're standing in. This doesn't mean that the game can't or won't go over, but I would lean under. For one, both teams are going to establish the run regardless and both have played pretty decent defense as of late.

Prob Toledo's QB. He's questionable after getting hurt last week and they're 2nd and 3rd string is out. If the starter can't go it will be the WR that came in and looked real good last week

I wouldn't let the snow determine whether U play O/U. Snow can keep a game under the posted total as well as allow it to go over.. Remember the Detroit Lions / Phill Eagles game last year, when Phil scored 28 points and Detroit scored 6 points pushing the total over the posted.. What I would be concerned with is the fact that the wind chill is going to drop the temperature down to a predicted 13 degrees, making for a rock hard football,, one that's hard to catch and prone to fumbling.. Bad snaps, etc. Also, this is the FIRST REALLY COLD game of the season for these teams (as far as temps in the teens) and so the focus and intensity will not be at its highest. I, personally, like the under in this game, as well as I will be playing softly on it and the road dawg. As, the dawg is 5-1-1 ATS in last 7 H2H, road team is 4-0-1 in last 5 H2H, and Kent State is 3-1-1 ATS in last 5 visits to Buffalo. I think the line is somewhat inflated due to the 55 points that Buffalo put up against Akron last week, and.. Kent state has NOTHING to gain, but they can eliminate Buffalo from becoming bowl eligible, on Buffalo's senior night.. That, & the fact that I think Kent State is starting to find its identity under new HC, after the mid season firing of their previous HC... BOL...
