OU vs OSU... Here is a lock for everyone

Its colder then a witchs titty here, the wind is fierce right now and in the morning it is suppose to be 2 degrees, prolly in the 20s by game time. we are not use to this weather.... OU will not be able to score in this game, i like the under on the game, but OU under 24 points is the best play that i can imagine right now. hope this helps you guys make some cash over the weekend

It says the wind there today is only supposed to be around 10mph. That's not a whole lot. I like the OSU side more than the under, but I would lean under as well.

wind really only thing i think worth considering for totals..extreme cold to a lesser extent but i mean like single digits..
