Notre Dame/Michigan thoughts?

Not a lot of chatter about this big game. Notre Dame currently getting 3.5 on the road. I REALLY like this. I would make Notre Dame around a 6 point favorite. Any others thoughts?

As always, ND are overrated. They do have a coach that can keep it close. This line shouldn't only go up as everyone can see Michigan has more talent

Michigan stands out to me as a solid play at -3.5. However, as was stated above, ND will get love, and the line will likely improve. Waiting for -3.

In 21 of the last 24 games these 2 teams have played, the dog has covered.

And forget that talent shit---these 2 teams are about as even as it gets.

Just stay away.

I would lean Michigan because it is in Ann Arbor, but man, I would stay away.

Pre season line was Mich -3 so its moved a little in there favor after blowing out CMU as expected. Talent wise there pretty even but I think ND defense is better right now. Michigan is so young at every position. ND ML or pass most likely just pass for me. A game I will definitley watch though. GL

Pass on this game. Both teams are over-rated. Neither one is Top 10 material. The line is starting to climb now. Some Vegas shops have Michigan at -4.

I like Notre Dame plus the points. There's question marks on both teams, but Notre Dame returns the bulk of their defense. I'm also not sold on Devin Gardner as a pocket passer, nor is he as explosive as his predecessor in the running game.

I agree with most in regards to there not being a ton of value on a side, though if I had to bet a side I think it would have to be Michigan at the current line. But does anyone like under 52? Last year they scored only 19, and both teams return good defenses. Michigan will score some points this time around with the upgrade at QB, but both teams play at a slower than average pace, and I don't see either team scoring a ton of touchdowns. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Notre Dame struggles against the run. Especially running QB's as it was evident last week against Temple. Devon Gardner will run the ball early an often keeping the clock rolling. Notre Dames offense sucks. Under is a good play in my opinion

I like the under. Both teams have decent defenses, while their QBs aren't setting the world on fire. Gardner threw 2 INTs vs. Central, and Tommy Rees is Tommy Rees. I'm inclined to give the edge to Michigan since its at home at night and Brian Kelly has been antagonizing them all week. Plus, after seeing how hopelessly overmatched ND's defense was against Bama last year I'm not inclined to give their defensive players much respect. Michigan 24 ND 20. ND needed like 5 INTs to win at home last year.

So, break it down for me, where does Michigan have an advantage that gives you so much confidence?

DL- Advantage ND (Tuitt and Nix are NFL 1st rounders).
LB- Advantage Michigan
DB- Tie

WR-Advantage ND
OL- Advantage Michigan
RB- Advantage ND
QB-Tie.

I don't see anywhere where Michigan has that large of an advantage.
