-Combination of Scott/Edwards will rush for more than 150 yards for Ball State
-Toledo's defense will be wore down in the 4th Qtr by Ball State's balance
-The backdoor cover WILL be in play in this game for Ball State, if they don't keep it close.

Ball State is 12-3 ATS in their last 15 games and 4-1 ATS on the road this year.

Couple more notes for tonight:

-Toledo is in a look-ahead spot to 9-1 Northern Illinois next week, especially since Toledo beat Ball St last year.

-Ball State more motivated in this game, going up against a top-25 team and with revenge angle

-Toledo has benefited from 5 pick-sixes in their last 5 games, as well as a three special teams returns for TDs. If those types of scores don't happen for them tonight, Ball State will win this game outright. I don't like to depend on flukey scores.

-Toledo only led Central Mich 40-35 with 3 minutes to play.

-Toledo trailed Buffalo 14-7 at halftime.

-Toledo beat Cinci on a pick-six and kick return for a TD. Cinci should have won the game.

-Toledo allowed Eastern Michigan's RB Hill to pile up 283 rushing yards a couple weeks ago.

The back to back to back road games has me second guessing a little bit. Looking at the stats they are very similar, I'd give a slight edge to Toledo on defense (look at 3rd down conversion and red zone %) and a little more of an edge based on their offense playing at home. Good spot to tease Ball State up to 14 right now and leave one spot open for tomorrow's MAC game, NBA total or NFL game. That's my game plan anyways.
