Received an email their new app was launched (they were down for a couple months during this transition). Downloaded new app and deposited, not a single game will load, therefore I cancelled my promo and requested a withdrawal. They don’t even have a live chat and on help section states 3-7 business days for withdrawals. Just wanted to give a heads up so others don’t get their funds tied up. In past I have never encountered an issue with this outfit but obviously their new app isn’t currently good. Not to mention, they switched softwares, and all different games. Just giving a heads up.
