I'd like to bet Sonnen for this fight, but don't like taking him past -235.
Munoz at +260 ain't bad, especially if it goes 5 rounds.

Why because Munoz was better cardio then Sonnen?

Do we know if this fight is official yet? 3 or 5 rounds? I thought I saw an article that this was untrue.
Sonnen should win this fight 8/10 imo. Chael's mma wrestling is on a higher level and I expect him to impose his will on the ground. I think Munoz has to get it done on the feet quickly if he's going to win. If he doesn't, Chael will wear him out on the ground and his punches won't come with the trademark Munoz power.
I'll probably still take a bad price on Sonnen straight, partially hedged with Munoz by TKO, R1&2 or KO otn. I'll have to see prices closer to fight time to decide which.

I don't know I think Sonnen has really good cardio. I would think Sonnen wins but i think Munoz does have a chance. Munoz is also a good wrestler and if he would be able to keep the fight standing he may have a shot. He is quick on his feet.

It appears that a light heavyweight battle between former UFC champion Rashad Evans and rising contender Phil Davis has been re-scheduled for UFC on Fox 2 on Jan. 28 in Chicago. The fight was reported by ESPN.com late Tuesday evening, citing anonymous sources.

Munoz at +260 looks nice. I wouldn't take Chael at his current line even though I think he should take it. Munoz just seems to be on his way up and he may be able to keep on his feet and win the later rounds.

Main Event:
205 lbs Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis Main Card (FOX):
185 lbs Chael Sonnen vs Mark Munoz
135 lbs Demetrious Johnson vs Eddie Wineland
265 lbs John Olav Einemo vs Mike Russow
Doesnt give Bisping much time off! He'll have to start his camp pretty much straight away!

Some great banter at the end there between Davis and Evans. Evans dropped a Penn State/sexual assault scandal gag!!

Funniest thing is tht if Sonnen had of said it everybody would be loving it! No doubt Rashad will get loads of heat for it even tho it was wittier than anything Sonnen has ever said!

How does Bisping keep ducking wrestlers??? UFC gives him favorable matchups IMO.

I don't care what anybody says. He's the most "protected" UFC fighter in the history of the organization.

listen i'm no Bisping fan but the facts are he did fight 2 great wrestlers at LHW no less. He's not a top 5 MW in the UFC (IMO) but i'd put him in the top 10
Sherdog has Munoz ranked 4th, base on what? his wins over Leben/Maia/Dollaway. Stann was just in a title eliminator because he beat Santiago/Leben/Massenzio
Is a fight against a former title challenger like Maia really keeping Bisping away from danger? I think its a tough fight

Maybe it's just me looking for another MAX 5 Unit Wager. With a lot of people seeing Bisping's easy route through Miller, if his matchup would have been with a lesser known above average wrestler, the odds may have been what I was looking for that's all. Just trying to find +EV value down the road that's all.
Bisping is honestly one fighter that I have made a ton of profit on him and against him.

Maia might be competitive. Maia's only hope is to take him down and his takedowns aren't world class. I just see him getting picked apart on the feet.
I'd like to see Bisping against Munoz, Sonnen, Rumble, or Belfort. I'll bet BIG against Bisping if any of these matches manifest.
