What a shame. The buildup to Chael vs CM Punk would've been great.

Rampage back in the UFC indeed.. My take is he needs money.. Just speculation though, I think he blows money and has been unemployed for a while and bills were stacking up..
Let us be clear that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is under an exclusive contract with #BellatorMMA. We will protect our contractual rights
— Scott Coker (@ScottCoker) December 21, 2014
After five months of grueling negotiations and gray-area contract talks with Bellator MMA and parent-company Viacom, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson officially terminates his contract with the up-and-coming promotion citing multiple breaches since the removal of President and Founder Bjorn Rebney. Jackson exercises a clause in the agreement that allows for a 45-day window to satisfy any contract dispute. Bellator MMA, failing to fulfill the requests of Jackson, was put on notice, failed to respond and eventually notified that negotiations were officially terminated. Jackson’s U.K.-based fight manager and Wolfslair Academy founder Anthony McGann confirms, late Saturday night, that “Rampage has indeed signed with the UFC.” Details of the deal have not been made public. Jackson was available for comment late Saturday night from his Laguna Hills, CA training center Rampage Family Fitness and provided the following: “I went to the UFC and we put a deal together that worked out for both of us. I’m excited to be here. The UFC had nothing to do with me leaving Bellator. I was done with Bellator when I made the final call and they still didn’t do what they had to do contractually. I wish those guys the best but I’m where I belong.”

Rampage is gonna get beat down in the UFC.. He should have stayed with Bellator...
I'm actually surprised he was even signed again given his past history with Zuffa and being that he lost his last 3 fights while being active in the UFC.. I'm gonna fade his 36 year old ass against any decently ranked UFC fighter...

I don't get why the UFC would be interested in a washed up Rampage, not to mention the issues they had with him before he left. At 36 years old, all he has left is his charming personality.

They can sell a Rampage v. Shogun fight to drive PPV numbers - the masses are stupid and don't realize that fight is irrelevant in 2015

Best bit about tht was when Rampage grabs the mic off Rogan and does the "black on black crime" quote and throws the mic on the floor and storms away so looks all cool and that but then it gets ruined by the dawky skinny commissioner staff guy who tells Rampage to turn around and exit on the other side of the cage!!! Completely ruined the vibe Rampage was going for!

Rampage is back... Or should we say Rampage will end up on his back????
He'll get exploited again at the UFC ranks by the good wraslers.. Ramp better hope they match him up with good aged strikers, like Hendo, Shogun, etc... This will be a short lived comeback if not... He's not getting any younger now...
