Difficult to follow the Euro boxing stateside (at least for me) since they rarely broadcast the fights. If I can't get it on my DVR I'm not going to end up watching something. This fight will be broadcast here though so I'll be watching.

James degale beat the chubby chump he was fighting. Groves is up now against a guy with his mum in his corner! Degale and groves had to be separated backstage yesterday, all kicked off ...family involved as well. Wpuldnt be surprised if they do another fight between them

ha yeah, nice that I at least hit something other than Handsome Wiman this wknd!

the scoring was a joke tho, he won about 9 of the rounds yet was a split!

agree with you on that V...problem with damn-near all combat sports' judging is the fact that 10-10s are not allowed...so the blind bastids are forced into guessing...allowing the 10-10 (essentially "i pass on scoring this round" option for someone who couldn't discern a clear edge) would reduce the overall variance and reduce the incidence of scorecards ridiculously out of sync with the fight (aka. the unfunny jokes) that fighters/fans/bettors are forced to suffer

V - any thoughts on the Fury/Chisora card this weekend? Was eyeballing the over in Chisora/Fury but outside of that I don't know the other guys. Lines are all rather tight compared to what you usually see in boxing these days.

depends on how seriously Chisora is taking it....guy is pretty much desperate for a pay cheque to cover all his debts from dodgy investments and other shady shiit. My initial instinct would be to play Fury TKO tho...but del boiii is quite durable so over 9.5 may be the smart play or fury by decision even also like Billy Joe to beat Eubank

What are you talking about bro? Tyson Fury would destroy UFC's Cain. said so himself.

I follow MMA a lot closer than boxing, but that said, I'm playing the same prop on Tyson Fury that I played on Manny in the Algieri fight recently. Tyson Fury has only won by KO/TKO or Unanimous Decision in his career, with no split decisions on his record. So this prop covers either a Fury KO or a Fury UD, and it's a lot cheaper than his moneyline near -300 right now.

Tyson Fury wins by KO (incl. TKO and DQ) or Unanimous Decision (-140) $140.00 to win $100.00

^Played that as well, but I don't think a Chisora KO is out of the question at all. Tyson Fury doesn't have a good chin, and Chrisora knows how to land power

Sure, it's possible, that's why it's gambling. But Tyson has never been KO'ed and has indeed been knocked down early in a fight by Steve Cunningham and come back to win by KO in a later round. I love this prop with the KO + UD combined in general, especially when the price is less than half the price of the straight moneyline bet. Wish they offered it for MMA fights!

Fury via U Dec or TKO @ -145 was too good to pass. Don't know why that line didn't get pounded. Eubanks @ +115 & Skeete @ +? (I think he was as high as +300) were 2 plays that I wish I would have pulled the trigger on. By the time I got around to doing the proper research on both fighters the lines changed. I believe at least one of those 2 live dogs will emerge victorious. GL to any of you who were able to get Skeete @ big plus money.
