I just can't root for Canelo. He seems too much like a pretty boy and I think it's ridiculous that he demanded that they fight at 155. If he can't make weight, he needs to go up to middleweight and fight GGG, Cotto, or Quillin.

If he tries to box with Lara like he did with Mayweather, Canelo is in trouble. I see value in Lara +145, as I believe he is the better boxer. My only issue is that I can't see Lara getting a decision against Golden Boy's big star/cash cow, unless he completely dominates. Especially after watching Lara vs P. Williams, I don't have any confidence in the crooked judges.

Pretty much my thoughts. It goes the distance and u get possibly screwed. I usually don't usually get into these kinds of comparison's cause most are silly but he gave Trout a much tougher test than Canelo did.

The message I'm getting from Canelo is he's trying to outbox Lara... which is a horrible idea.
He also feels like Lara will rush him for some reason. Lara said he'd start fast....=/= rushing him... just throwing more than usual instead of slowly getting into his pace.

I also hear he's having problems making weight....

I have Lara outboxing Canelo... but this is going to be one of those cards that'll be shady IMO.

This seems to be the consensus among the pundits. I didn't like Canelo's activity level in his last fight, he seems to tire and let off the gas.

Lara is up to +200 and by DEC +302. I've also seen articles saying Canelo is going to try and outbox him. And that he is totally drained trying to make weight. Going with Lara and expecting to get screwed.

Im on Canelo -175 around 5units. But i hate the guy!!!
Lara might need to KO or win by a landslide to get the nod.... Lara is certainly good enough but its a hard task.

Canelo by decision at +175 is the best value bet. If it's remotely close then the judges will be swayed and give it to Canelo. Lara needs to win overwhelmingly to get the decision nod. Lara is also used to being screwed by judges.
