i can't wait for the day this fuk loses but i got to be honest he finally looked decent his last time out. His takedowns were GSP like instead of just a takedown. His ground and pound tho didn't improve a lik. It is Sonnen like. I thought Souza steam might have been derailed by the boring fuk Okami but he smashed him. Lets hope the same thing happens here or Souza steam will be gone because this fuk gets another gift decision.

is he and Cody Mechenzie the same weight class? Could be hell of a fight.

Describing Carmont's takedowns as "GSP-like" is a huge overstatement. All he did was shoot doubles, which Philippou had absolutely no answer for, and then hang on for dear life. He barely did anything the entire fight.

Carmont is my least favourite fighter in MMA history. He's one of the only guys whom I legitimately want to see lose. Brutally.

The speed of his takedowns were better than in his previous fights. Nobody was takin Philippou down in his recent fights. Just something i thought i notice. Trust me im no fan of this guy either. For me to give him a compliment leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Philippou was stuffing guys like Court McGee, to be fair. Only reason he beat Boetsch of all people was because of an injury, Boetsch flash KO'd him at the end of R1.

You forgot the headbutt and the eye poke. It was one of the great milestones of bullshit.

I dont see mousasi taking machida down. Imo he has to outstrike him. Machida might come with a takedown game like he did when he fought shogun the second time.

i don't see how Gegard Mousasi can get any offense against Machida. This could be a very boring one if Gegard Mousasi comes out like he is on ludes like he does somethimes

Really? You're leaning on takedowns by Gegard Mousasi against Machida?

Please just hang around for a few months before laying your money on anything. You'll be grateful.

He's got to be one of the most bizarrely lethargic fighters ever. He thought he was doing just fine against Lawal and Jardine. Not to mention that comparatively he's been getting softballed in Strikeforce and Japan for years. Prepare for a my shit doesn't smell performance.

He reminds me of BJ, but far worse. He's far more talented than BJ ever was, and trains half as hard; he has the potential of an all-time great, but he barely tries. He just doesn't seem to care.

And he's coming off a knee injury.

Can someone explain why Mousasi is 2.5-to-1 versus Lyoto Machda again?
