Well perhaps she would be able to compete physically after an abortion. However, the emotional/psychological effects would make immediately competing very problematic.

As I said earlier, I don't know the reason. I was told an injury but it's being reported as personal problems, so an injury is probably not right. All I know is this was something that was planned a while ago and not some spur of the moment thing. The fact that it took so long to pull the trigger and pull out is both confusing and interesting.

Amazing how this is flying under the radar. This was a number 1 contender fight. #2 vs #5 other than the tate vs rousey fight this was the premiere womens fight left of the year. A fighter pulls out with no reason given and confirmed non injury and no mma sites are reporting anything and fans aren't questioning it at all.

Imagine Ellenburger pulling out of the Rory fight for "personal reasons" that would be huge front page news.

I guess people really dont care about wmma. Because this seems like a huge issue. McMann might really be a head case or leaving mma. The pressure might of got to her.

I updated my post a little bit. To go on, at 33 in sept to pull out of this fight the biggest of her career and with Tate then Zingano with shots coming up, Rousey doing movies. The ufc intent on pushing Carmouche and the looming cyborg fight I would say Mcmann is almost ruining her career right now. Could be 2 yrs for a title shot. I dont think Rousey is going to fight more than twice a year. Sara will be 35 going against girls in their mid 20's. A Olympian vs Olympian fight doesnt sell well at all if one or both girls are no longer undefeated. Let's face it Sara got a gift against Baszler.

There was a certain well known female fighter in the past who got pregnant and pulled out of a fight due to an abortion. You can probably guess since it was rumored at one point.

The whole thing with the media is they can't say certain things at the source's request. They do it in good faith so they keep getting info. A vast majority of my info I get is from my friends in the media and they know a TON of stuff that they are not allowed to report.
