I'm playing Diaz +3.5 points on the cards...I think we all can say that Bendo prolly isn't gonna finish Diaz...I think if this goes to the cards it's cause it's a closely fought affair with both guys having their moments...at this time I think Bendo is gonna win a controversial decision that most see going Diaz way....so as of now I'm taking the points....in a few days I may decide I also want a bet on Diaz straight...but we shall see.

This could well be the best bet to make, interested in adding this to fight goes the distance play. Really dont see Henderson finishing Diaz

Which also raises the other point, if you handicap your pick to win x amount of points in a decision and then they knock out thier opponent prior to doing so, does that also count as a win on your part?
A finish for either fighter in a hadicap bet nullifies whatever there is on the score card. It's an automatic win for whichever fighter scores the finish. Only time the handicap comes into play is when there's an actual decision @ the end of 3 or 5 rnd fights.

I disagree. In Baseball, you have nine players on the field, each of whom have the ability to make an error and change the outcome of the game. In MMA you have two people who can really control what the outcome of the fight may be... Well, minus the ref and the judges. Has there been some bad judging? sure.. But most of the time, they get it correct. I have lost money on some stoppages due to cuts and DQ's also. Other than that I don't know how you can say MLB has the lowest variance and MMA the highest...?

In baseball, you have to worry about weather, your bullpen, offense, defense, who is injured and who isn't, etc.. The whole team needs to align and work together correctly in order to work. Kinda like a well oiled automobile. If anyone of those listed above has a bad night, the outcome of the game becomes completely different. I personally feel more confident in MMA myself. I understand there is random shit in MMA also that happens all the time. But in some fights, if I feel a fighter will follow through on a smart game plan, and execute what I think he needs to win, it's money. These fights do not come up very often, but to give you a few examples:

    Larkin vs Lawler - Strikeforce

    Barao vs Faber - UFC

    Alistar vs Lesnar - UFC

    Jones vs Shogun - UFC

Anyways, I think those fights were gifts for the odds offered at the time.

Nope. All the handicap plays I've ever seen cash if your guys scores a ko/tko or sub before the scorecards.

I still can't believe you thought Kyle Kingsbury stood a chance against Jimi Manuwa lol

Note: You have never posted any plays (aside from politics) that people could tail and profit. Me, I've posted more than you can keep track of.

You don't cap a halftime bet with data, but yes I did have knowledge. Knowledge of these teams, how they play each other, how I predicted they would play each other. I was pretty much right on the money. If it was a Sunday morning game, it would have cashed. Eli Manning never risks doing anything in the final minute of the 2nd quarter. Because it was MNF, they moved down field, using time outs. It was 3rd down and 10 at the 50 yard line, and he threw a 28 yard pass, and they took a time out with 4 seconds left, for a 40something yard field goal... terrible luck, but good prediction. sorry for calling your wife ugly. xo

You could say "No." if the score at halftime was 10-21... but to say that when it was tied with 4 seconds remaining only proves you're a dumbass... go read a calculus book. all you're good for.

i capped that game having a great chance of being tied at halftime, anybody who says it was poorly capped deserves to be slapped by their ugly, aspergers-tolerating wives.

Lot of people have been buried from that play, fortunately I took the draw-no-bet and -0.25 which meant I got stake back on one play which was over a grand, and half stake back on a play that was 950 so lost about 425. Their opponent had a load of injuries and illnesses so they had to play 5 youth team players who'd never played pro before so everybody was on Crewe! Then Crewe go and get a player sent off in 92nd min and concede a minute later. Just ridicularse...people are going crazy on twitter!

true... one thing all sports have in common is that they're all effected by the reffing... i'm sure there are fixed games in all sports. no way there couldn't be. sometimes, it's so obvious it's sickening.

I've made a killing in NFL and NCAAF this year, and have been doing pretty well w/ NBA too.

I was literally 4 seconds away (time left when they went for a field goal) from hitting a $550 bet on a +1500 line, so it's safe to say I'm kinda good at capping NFL.

And there are a lot of variables in MMA, too. Cote vs Sakara, Kim vs Maia, unpredictable shit happens kinda frequently... Poor judging and reffing are the worst. Poor reffing has cost me, especially in the Papazian vs Pague, Rumble vs Vitor, and Caceres vs Figuroea fights... Bad judging has screwed me much more...

Wow, man. It was 10-10 with 40 seconds left to go. Can't believe the Giants made it down the field that fast for a field goal. In situations like that this season, they have killed the last minute and gone into halftime. That was out of character for the Giants. I guess they did it because it was MNF. So pissed. Two bad beats, two days in a row.

I think this is a very important game for both teams, though technically not as important for Washington, I think their playoff chances are done. They will have to win every game for the rest of the season for a shot at a wild card, and they will be playing their best in front of all of America on Monday Night Football. I expect both offenses and defenses to be on top of their game. Really hope its tied going to half-time, and not just a 3 point difference =/
