Anybody use Ledger Nano S? Having issues with update

So I tried updating my Ledger this morning and it's stuck on the update screen. I went to the Ledger website and followed instructions to try and fix it, but they didn't work. If anyone's had a similar issue and fixed it could you let me know what you did, thanks.

I did that, found a few reddit posts, but seemed like they were doing random things. Nothing definitive. I'll try the random stuff and wait for support I guess. Sucks their support can take weeks to get back to you.

Yea support for me has taken about 2-3 days on average, thats usually about the least amount of time with anything concerning btc, exchanges, etc. Sucks.
