I tried that airbitz and it doesnt allow me to convert bitcoins to cash because of the state i live in. What is the best bitcoin wallet that will alllow me to convert bitcoins to cash and then in my bank account?

try circle or coinbase. if those don't work then try ordering a bitpay cc this way you avoid using a bank account.
