GT bets deposit issue

Can any mods here help with a gtbets deposit issue? I made a $500 LTC deposit yesterday and they refuse to credit my account. They are saying the transaction was blocked but that is impossible. Here is the address they gave me and I sent the funds to ltc1qjt89jdenhct5kd4s2h7gprcr46cc9d2px7l nvt. It has over 400 confirmations and on blockcypher you can see the funds sitting in their wallet. If any mods can help I would appreciate it, I have already filed a complaint somewhere else but trying to get this resolves as fast as possible.
