I heard the min required just got changed to 1 xrp. Gonna try and see if I can move 9 xrp in a minute.

I can confirm I was able to move 9/10 xrp. Wherever I moved it to is going to require 1 xrp for deposit but taking is 8 is better than none.

I tried to find a centralized exchange that would accept XRP delete accounts but no luck as of yet. I'll yell if I find something.

Can you help me figure out how to convert my 10xrp required reserve in my crypto.com defi wallet to cash or other crypto? I know you can go on xrp toolkit and delete your account and pay 2xrp but it tells you to send to a non-custodial wallet like ledger or xumm but the problem is those then would require the same 10xrp deposit. I just want my 10 or 12 bucks but I cant figure out a way to do it.

Yeah, I'm not sure it can be done. I just tried to empty my XRP in Ledger and it made me leave 10 XRP behind. Not a big deal when XRP was around 30¢ but hey, 10 XRP is now around $16.

I think they'll have to eventually move the minimum balance down a few notches if XRP holds these prices in the future....

yes. It's just centralized shit, cloaked as blockchain. Has no real community - or any use case. Tech behind it is however good to be used by big corporations or banks, but not the coin.
