    It's not just you.

It appears they have misconfigured their mail sever somehow https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx...m&run=toolpage

If they wont help you work it out, you can always use your 12 word seed phrase to re-create the wallet elsewhere and access the funds that way.

ok, i appreciate the update. i am assuming that blockchain will fix their email in the next few days. so i am going to holdoff for now in re-creating another wallet. or am i wrong about waiting for blockchain to figure out their email situation?

          Hello

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re not receiving our emails.

Occasionally your email provider might put some of our emails in spam or even block them completely. Please double check your spam folder. Please also try using Google Chrome, if possible. If you receive the email after making the request via Chrome, please let us know which browser you were using when the request was unsuccessful.

If you’ve not received the email at all, one way to possibly resolve this is for you to whitelist our addresses to tell your provider you want to receive our emails. Here’s a guide on how to do this for Yahoo email providers:

          Yahoo
In Yahoo Mail, select the contacts icon and then add a new contact. Enter our email addresses:
          notify@wallet-tx.blockchain.com
          notify@exchange-tx.blockchain.com
          And then select save.

Kindly note, that email logins are case sensitive. As an example, you may be logging in with the email address: abc@domain.com, while your registered email may be Abc@domain.com. Therefore, please ensure that you are using the same capitalization as your registered email.

Please let us know if you continue to have any trouble or if you have any questions.

          Kind regards,

          this doesnt help.

Can I suggest making a new blockchain wallet account and test if that works and you get emails?

If so, I would simply use my original 12 word seed phrase to make another new blockchain wallet to access the funds

ok, this is now resolved. in short, the solution was to change the email associated with the blockchain account. After weeks of getting the run around by the incompetent customer service staff and insane KYC procedures.
