Why do you need to do a $9 "test" if they sing a song to you every time you have withdrawn before?

It's possible $9 is less than the minimum withdrawal.

You probably should ask them before calling them scammers.

I thinkng scamming them us because they site loading a bet action at 18-39 sec (S.Arabia) ...what you can think if found this ? I think nothing another ideas
