It was sent with the replace by fee option, which means you can ask the sender to try resending it with a higher fee for you.

Another option is to use the CPFP function in your receiving wallet if it supports it (Electrum does) https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-d...t-transaction/

Or you can pay this mining pool to include it in their next block mined https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ not sure of current fee but last I know of someone using it was about $30.
