Someone want to explain to me the F2pool? George (CryptosRUs) is saying that the outflow today is huge.

Is this an issue?

All this means is that crypto miners who are in the F2pool (which is massive) are moving their coins from their F2pool wallets to other wallets. It doesn't necessarily mean they are selling.
My guess is that some are selling and some are just securing their coins in cold wallets because the rise in BTC price also means a rise in liability.
I mine bitcoin and litecoin and my miners are in the nicehash pool. I move my coins out of my nicehash wallet about every 10 days.

It's endless and it can be damn confusing. I know quite a bit about the mining side of things and how coins like litecoin and bitcoin function. But if you wanna talk ETH, BNB, defi, new coins...I don't know shit

F2Pool has been dumping huge amounts of bitcoin all at once. This has been the cause for some of the big dips. This is different than the outflow that ace properly described.

Definitely a good idea to sell some but an even better idea to hold some on a ledger long term. The most valuable piece of information is this: After 2025 there's not gonna be anymore bitcoin mined. There will only be 21 million total mined and then at that point it will become a scarce resource. HODL long term fellas. It's the smartest thing you'll ever do. Also I'd definitely keep some ethereum and XRP. Don't be a dumbass like my son Jibbby and sell at $36k cause you made a couple hundred and got scared like a bitch . You're all welcome.

If you do not plan to continue using bitcoin, maybe just search for a bitcoin ATM near you? Most expensive method for fees though.

If you use a regular exchange you will need to signup and give them ID. If that isnt a problem for you gemini.com coinbase.com or download the CashApp on your phone.
