I am sure some traders have made way more than hodlers, but on the other side of the coin, almost no hodlers have made losses.


Trading would be fun with the time and motivation to spend it doing that. I prefer to soend my time on other things at this point in life personally though.





Hope everyone's 2025 is even MORE profitable than 2024 has been for us

I think you have to separate crypto trading on a DEX and trading on CEX. The win rate of those trading those tiny caps on dexscreener is under 1%. Although some in that 1% can be very profitable. It's much easier to win trading on CEX. It seems impossible to lose if you buy red and sell green. Most people jump on and off the train.

I have a relative in college that created a bot for day trading those coins on dexscreener. He's included following trades by winning traders, telegram groups, finding tokens before hitting dexscreener, etc. It's only making a tiny profit now but he keeps tweaking it and it's getting better and better.

One theme that I'll be watching into 2025. It's all the different parties seeking out Bitcoin!

Trump talked about building a stack of One Million bitcoins. There's some evidence that Biden is selling off coins b4 he exits office, lol. Senator Lummis laid out a schedule of acquiring 200,000 coins per year for each of the next five years.

That's noble. But it's short-sighted. That assumes one could acquire coins as if it's real estate. The # of available coins is going to get tighter and tighter. I don't think 1.00Mill is attainable.

The one guy who is backing up his talk is Saylor. Fkin guy has built a stack of > 420,000 coins. That's > 2% of the all-time supply. He's front-running everybody. And that includes Trump, who is waiting to be sworn in.

The SIMPLY BITCOIN announcers keep mentioning that "Elections have consequences."

In hindsight I think they're right:
1) Trump had huge backing by pro-Bitcoin groups. After elected, he knows he owes some favors.
2) Legislation to start a Bitcoin strategic reserve. Game of front-running begins.
3) The DEMs look terrible after their anti-Crypto stance. Remember the talk of CBDCs? And Pocahantas Warren looked ridiculous with her Anti-Crypto Army platform.

1) You're not too late.
2) Read up on it to get comfortable. I recommend getting off zero ASAP. I don't see how 2025 is not a +EV investment for Bitcoin.

Oh I'm in Chucky! It started when I won bitcoin here back in the day! and added a little here and there. It's the alt coins, meme coins etc that I have a hard time following.(Market moves way to quick for me lol). I Always enjoy reading what You, Raiders, biggie, Arky, Opti and others are jumping into and thoughts on the market and coins.
