LMAO! Good luck. It’s been 29 days and counting for me with over several grand they refuse to deposit despite promises to investigate.
And apparently I’m not alone. If you somehow manage to get your money PLEASE stay away from those scumbags.

Just wanted to UPDATE that after an entire month of back in forth emails I finally got my funds. Woke up to an email from “support” saying your funds have be returned. The pending status on my withdrawal now says completed. I had to employ a nuisance tactic of emailing them every 2 days with screenshots of their promises from the previous email. Also helped to include ticket number in the email subject line.
Of course they decided to suspend my account for claims of sending bitcoin to gambling sites but I’m okay with that. I’ve already found another wallet and I’m good.Comment
