Good BTC wallet to send to book

I always use my blockchain wallet to send to my sportsbooks but they no longer let me send a customized fee with the send and even their priority fee's are taking hours and hours.. Does anyone have a wallet that allows me to customize the fee that allows to send to sportsbooks? TIA

are you using a computer or your phone? i cant figure out how to do it in the app, i have to pick 60+ min or 30.. and the 30 has been about 6 hours so far
