Coinbase question

I used my card and it said it was declined and than it charged my card. I called the company and they said check with Coinbase. There is not a phone number. I opened a ticket yesterday and again today. They have not responded yet. Any suggestions and what other place has reasonable fees to buy Bitcoin?

Rocket, you've probably bumped into some SBR threads that recommend Kraken and Gemini.

Those sites work good for me; and I'm hoping I don't see any tax forms this year.

EDIT: Not because I want to avoid taxes, but because I won't know how the hell to execute the process.
