The fee you attached ($0.18) is likely too low --- it'll get confirmed eventually, but probably won't be for several hours. Attach a higher fee next time.

Fees are going up. Today the priority fee on Blockchain was over $4. That's the highest I've ever seen. Sent priority and transaction was confirmed quickly.
