Went to withdrawal $700 in Ethereum yesterday and my account got flagged for suspicious log ins. Typically instant withdrawals. They don’t allow US and I had been using Hong Kong VPNs. They asked me to prove my public IP...which would have screwed me.
Luckily, after a small freak out begging them (more of my sanity thinking they were about to forfeit my balance) they said just send us a photo of the wallet you sent from, confirming you made the deposits.
