    Nitrogen 1x deposit rollover?
Nitrogen has really gone to the toilet. I had the same problem with them.
I deposited about $900 and bet it on -300 favorite.
After it won, I had $1200 and Nitrogen froze my withdraw.
I can understand a 1x rollover if you dont bet, but why cant i bet my money and withdraw after?
Thats not money laundering thats called being shady.

I agree that bet should be enough for AML purposes.

Did they explain exactly how much they expected you to bet still?

    Or quote a rule?

I went back and forth with them for about a week, then agreed to pay 5% fee to get my money.

Everything I am saying is 100% accurate and I will expect many, many more complaints like this one

This is too funny. After I posted here about Nitrogen's terrible customer service, I got this message:

Very pathetic that they use Covid-19 as an attempt to justify their scamming tactics, and they think they can earn my business back with a .01 free bet? LOL- I will never make another deposit here again. Keep your $60 free bet.

I know Nitrogen is reading this, and you guys lost a very good customer.

We've had two complaints over it.

Yours is a reasonable query. The other was not.

I agree that they should not be using the lower of risk/win for this rollover. Even after normal sport resumes.

But they should still retain the right to refuse service to anyone who tries to repeatedly bet extremely low risk outcomes and wants to withdraw straight away.

If you are not a money launderer, you may not completely get why, but it's good for regular bettors if they do act that way long term.

Does betting a -300 favorite, winning the bet, and asking for a withdraw seem out of the ordinary?

Nitrogen is one of the few books I can think of that got worse as they got bigger. And I mean much worse.

-300 seems fine to me, if the idea is to deter money laundering.

Again with the faulty "x rollover" from Nitrogen

Nitrogen is back at it, claiming I didn't make a "1x rollover" on my deposit before trying to withdraw.

                    On Jan 11, I deposited .042 BTC.
I bet it all and won.
On Jan 12, I requested a withdraw that I see is now cancelled.

                    So I bet 42, won 13.44.
That fulfills the "1x rollover" so why can't I withdraw my funds?

I should have posted this earlier when it happened, but I was so thrilled to be done with Nitrogen's shenanigans (or so I thought).

So as a reference, this is the apology email they sent me back in April after I started this thread.

Any Mod or anyone reading this, what is the difference now?

It sounds like yet another case of "agents misunderstanding the logic behind a rollover."

After seeing my post today, my withdraw is now "sent" but there's no Withdraw ID to reference (which there never is).

I am so thankful for this website; as it evidently has a lot of pull when Nitrogen chooses to selectively scam their players.

my experience with nitrogen support has led me to believe most of them have zero understanding of sportsbetting

this is why they struggle with something as basic as a rollover.

im glad i moved on to a much better crypto book

Sounds like there may be a note on your account that makes some staff check your rollover harder.

Shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form with your account details and we'll ask a manger to review it for you.

You're probably right about the note on my account; which leads me to believe I'll have to deal with this every time I want a withdraw.

Thankfully they sent my requested withdraw after I again linked them to this thread.
