Because they're not gonna lower the limits of deposit when that's a source to shore up their liquidity (whether you agree on the righteousness of it or not is a different story). Some people may want to deposit large amounts for poker and casino and want the action regardless if the withdrawal will take longer.

It also shows in the payout options on their cashier page. Not like they're flashing it on the home page, but it's not like it's in tiny lettering on an obscure part of the site either.

I bet he is like me or he wouldn't even care. He is afraid that he won't be able to stop himself from going back

into the casino and continuing to gamble. ESPECIALLY for 3 weeks. So he will be risking money that he would have
