Let me say, first and foremost, that I have been a player of Nitrogen Sportsbook for over 5 years and have had a mostly ok experience with them. In terms of fast payouts whenever you want, this is by far the best book. I want to illustrate a wager complaint. I had bet the 76ers vs Knicks, took 76ers for the 1st quarter, 1st half and for the game. When the second quarter was over, I ended up adding a bet at 8:03pm for the 76ers 2nd half - 1/2, I noticed quickly after placing the wager that the bet was 76ers vs Cleveland, so clearly their linesmaker made a mistake. I flagged them 4 times of the mistake and nobody got back to me so I figured that the bet was no action. The 2nd half started at 8:15pm and the Knicks go on a 5-0 run in the first 45 seconds of the second half, magically at 8:17pm the bet is reentered for the correct teams. Now I am a bettor that deposits anywhere from 10k-20k per month, I am disputing an-equivalent of $340 worth of btc. Why would I go through all this trouble for this innocuous amount of money. Nitrogen’s response is that it is technically impossible for one of their team members to place a bet for me. Unfortunately, this assessment is false. I don’t believe this incident should define Nitrogen, however, this type of behavior needs to be documented should an other occurrences arise. It’s been over a week and unfortunately Nitrogen has failed to take responsibility
