Depending on what their terms are, they might be completely legal in doing this. You would have to check their terms and see what it says about gambling. Contacting FINCEN would be pointless

if its Gemini I am pretty sure in terms I read while back that they can freeze and or confiscate funds if its gambling. On a side note I use ATM's all the time and my main one I send direct to books never an issue. few months back i was out of my home area and bought from a machine provider I never used prior only 100 sent to Nitrogen and I get a text saying that they detected gambling BTC address blah blah and they made me e sign a form saying I would not do again prior to releasing funds....freaking sucks but with fee's so low right now not even worth it.....Keep us posted on what happens here

Wow that sucks! Ask Crusherr he moves 50k plus in bitcoin monthly. Never has any issues.. Yet again he sells and buys from his poker buddies

Binance.US. Took 4 days to release my bitcoin. They don’t put a hold onto your account UNTIL you withdraw. Apparently a transaction I conducted months ago flagged my account.

On the positive, turned the $1550 into $3250 through betting, as of now. Could easily lose it still though.
