Nitro account frozen -- did nothing wrong
I posted in the other thread too but basically they sent me this today:

Nitrogen Sports Support at 11:54am on February 19, 2020
    Hello xxxxxxx

We are contacting you in regards to your Nitrogen account.

Kindly note that we have identified a possible overlap between your account and another Nitrogen account therefore, we require that you clarify your relationship with the below user(s): 1493592

As thus, we have cancelled your withdrawal request and returned the funds to your balance. This is a regular procedure and most reviews are resolved quickly, within 24-48 hours.

In the meantime, if you have not added the 2FA security tool and /or an email address to your account please do so in order to expedite this review and diminish chances of being randomly selected for reviews due to weak security protocols on your end.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that all users are allowed to have one account only as per our terms and conditions:

    11. Limits and Restrictions

"You agree that you will not create more than one account for the purposes of circumventing our policies, rules, limits and/or restrictions. You agree that only one account per household or IP address will ever be used. You agree that you are not part of a betting syndicate whereby multiple users place bets in an attempt to circumvent our policies, rules, limits and/or restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel a bet or declare a bet as void if we believe, at our sole discretion, the bet was made in an attempt to violate any of our policies, rules, limits and/or restrictions as mentioned herein."

We will expect your response in order to move forward.

Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

    Best regards,
    Ron
    Customer Support

Never heard of that account. Have always had 2fa. Hadnt made a withdrawal since last week. I played a bunch of poker last night and lost my ass. Like 2900. But I have always played a lot of poker.

Now I can't make any bets. Joke.

Same thing happened to me years ago. They said my account overlapped with others which was not true. Just tell them the truth and if you really had no contact with that other account you will be fine. They will reinstate your account. It's a pain in the ass but at least their security is good to catch cheaters.

Right but that doesn't help me get my bets in tonight or play in the tournaments when I am chasing losses!

I also thought maybe when I was at the casino 2 days ago I was using their WiFi so maybe that's the issue. If so that's sooooo f'ing sick that I didn't get frozen last night before I lost everything at the stupid Omaha tables...

Just tell them you lost the 2FA for the other account so you made this account and for them to close the other account. That's the fastest way to get your account back. GL

Lol. It isn't weeks. They unblocked my account in 3 hours. Definitely glad that security is in place. And they had every right to do it to me. It turns out I had multiple accounts that I didn't even know about. I had hit the wrong button during log in. So yeah it's great they have that security.

Not if that account isn't his. That will definitely get him blocked. Just be honest and say you have no idea who that account is.

Yeah that account was not mine.

Anyways several emails/support tickets/Twitter msgs asking to be expedited seems to have worked as I am now back at full access. They gave me no other explanation what the deal was.

I got the exact same message 20 hours ago. But I do know the user because he referred me to the site. I told them that but still under review.
Support does not want to help or doesnt even understand. They say an overlap with user xxx but they can clearly check in their books that I am this persons affiliate.

This is such a joke. Locked almost 0.22 in btc.

I hope you did not play poker at the same table with them.

                              Nope, never.
My affiliate wasn't even active since his last review 2 months ago as he does not trust this site anymore.
It does not make any sense what they are doing.
I am convinced they are running out of money so they try anything to keep money on their books now.

Made a thread about the whole story myself but it still need to be checked by a mod. Maybe you Optional?
