    Nitro support/affiliate/promo & random security check problems
    I have been with nitro since late 2017.
    No I referred a new player to them about 1 month ago and the trouble started.
    The player told me he got lied on by the support and treated really bad.


    Thats why he wanted to leave after losing about 3k$. I spoke to them and they offered a him a 10% deposit bonus.
    He deposited like 70$ and 700$ within the same day. Of course they gave him 7$ in free bets for the 70$ deposit instead of the bigger one. Also they suspended him from playing poker until the rollover for the free bets are settled although he mainly plays poker there . So first of all they give him a joke amount of free bets and then without saying in in advance the block him from poker and he also was not able/allowed to withdraw. 1000$ in the account and blocked for 7$ in free bets. Great.


    Obviously this didnt improve the situation because once again he felt they played them. He then bet the free bet on very high odds just to lose them intentionally so he got access to his funds and poker again.


    I wrote them again to find a solution and suddenly my account has a "random security review". Very random, after 2,5 years of being a member.
    I still have to get affiliate payments for the poker action my player had but I expect them to now find a way to not pay it. I have read similar stories about nitro. This was 3 days ago and my account is STILL under review. Biggest joke I have ever seen.


    Their support is so bad , unfriendly, slow and providing false information or simply lying in their replies.


    Just my 2 cents and maybe a warning.

    Friends + Poker is a recipe for disaster.

    Avoid that, even if absolutely nothing shady is going on, it still causes issues

      I dont play there anymore, just referred somebody. Has nothing to do with friends/poker, just their ridiculous way to treat people.

            Nitro fair unless you were cheating or scamming. Customer support some of the friendliest in the industry. I never understand these complaints about them. Is your "friend" maybe you?

              Why didn't your "friend" contact them? Sounds like you were multi accounting and I dont blame nitro.

                My FRIEND did contact them and after that me as we have some kind of rakeback deal. So, NO its not me.

                You even suspecting that make me laugh about your imagination. Why would I complain here if I knew that it would be my own fault.

                No words for people like u, guess you are not smarter than the nitro support.

                Also, even about people multi accounting, still the support is stupid for blocking people from poker while they have a micro bonus without giving them info. Thanks for your 2 stupid replies, now back to nitro and report them that you defended their reputation.

                  Reply from nnitro, now they block me from making this public here and wont reply unless only to sbr,hahaha. Its getting better every day. 5 days of this farce now.

                  We would like to remind you that when you created your Nitrogen Sports account, you agreed to be bound by our website's terms and conditions. Therefore, you agreed to the fact that all Nitrogen accounts will be subject for review whenever deemed necessary by our Security team.

                  6. Fraud and Security Reviews
                  In order to ensure Fair Play, prevent abuse and, in general, assess our service, Nitrogen Sports may run random security checks on any account at any given moment. While undergoing a full or partial security review, accounts may be blocked and access to games and/or features may be restricted. Fraud and security reviews can take from a few hours to several days. Users will be notified of any changes done to their account status.

                  If you decide to include a third party in this discussion then things will proceed differently. Filing a report to SBR requires us to disable your account until we receive contact from SBR.

                  That said, your account is now frozen and there will be no need to provide you with any further updates regarding this investigation. This also includes the suspension of your affiliate program.

                  If required, we will continue our communication with the party that you have involved. Any final decision regarding the status of your account will be made officially through this channel.

                    Now they are closing my account accusing me some relation to some random account number that I have never heard in my life.
                    I thought they would pull exactly this as I read about it somewhere.
                    Funny thing is my account is 2,5 years old, my account number starts with 37. They tell me about some random number with 55 which must have been created in the last year I think because now we are at 61.
                    They have no proof whatsoever so they just make up some random bullshit. I will go to the police today to at least get this scammer site on their radar. Probably it will do nothing at all but their reputation is the only thing I can damage now as they dont give 0 penetrates about me.

                    At least I didnt lose much but still, this cant be tolerated.

                        The problem with these security checks is they fail to realize that a lot of people nowadays use VPN. Its very possible to end up with some duplicate IP if you happen to be using the same VPN service

                        I had it happen to me where i logged in and my chat was banned for no apparent reason, contacted support, and figured out it was due to my IP which I was using from a VPN... i changed locations, and chat was no longer banned.

                          I just got some bs security message this morning after I lost about 3k playing poker last night (Omaha) and now my account is frozen...couldn't have frozen it last night before I got my ass beat huh...anyways I went to make some soccer bets just now and I can't. Here's the first message:

                          Never fukkin heard of that account, hadn't withdrawn in a while, and have had 2fa for forever.

                          Never had a problem with nitro before but this is a joke. Also now apparently you can't do any parlays with tennis?? What a fukkn joke.

                          Only possible thing I could think of is I used the local casinos wifi the other night to log on but that shouldn't be an issue.

                              Not trying to make any judgement here as no way I can know.

                              But I think the difference between TheWoj passing the checks in less than 24 hours and your case might be the way each of you answered their question. He "sounds" innocent from post #1 and honestly, you sound a bit confusing and sus.

                              Maybe try again and do everything you can to sound completely open and honest. And try to keep it really simple and to the point without going into theories or asking for proof from them etc. That's what i would be doing anyway.

                                I kept it simple. They didnt tell me for 5 days what this investigation was about. I asked every dau for updates. They always said it takes as long as it takes. Never asked me for any info whatsoever. They asked the woj what his connection was to this other account. They NEVER asked me anything like this, just after 5 (!!!) days they said there is a connection to this account and therefor we close yours.

                                They treated me like shit for 5 whole days and thats why I am pissed. Easy to understand.

                                  Hmmm. They must think they have slam dunk evidence to say it that way.

                                  I would have suggested this earlier if I thought it would help, but if you send in a complaint form they will probably share more info with an SBR dispute agent and you can at least double check if we think it is justified or not. Nitrogen have just about the best security system and people handling these problems though. When we query them they will usually respond with a good justification and or evidence.

                                      Books are wary about giving any information to people that might help them beat their security. But they also might explain in full and not mind you having a chance to respond as well. Just from experience and how they have treated you it does sound like they will have some concrete reason they prefer not to tell you about though.

                                        For me the worst was just how they treated me. First its just a "random" review, which then goes on for 5 days without info/update and I get no possibility for a statement and so on.

                                        They just owe me about 40$ in affiliate money so what I will do now will be worth my time. I will create tons of nitrogen accounts for real this time and then actually give them a reason to investigate. Lets see how this turns out.

                                          No explanation whatsoever.

                                          Well, I will proceed with my retaliation from now on. People be warned of this scam site.
