I was live betting a match. I bet around +450 to win after player was down a set. That player came back and won second set. I hedged out once to make sure I didn't lose money on match (break even if my guy loses - win if my guy wins). Then I started feeling bad about the side I was on so I tried to make a bet so I'd win money either side (the other side was underdog at this point).
I tried to get matched a few times unsuccessfully around 60 mBTC. Finally I matched for 40 mBTC around +200 and I was guaranteeing a good payout whoever won. The reason I lowered my bet was because odds moved in my favor when the player i was trying to bet on lost the first point. My screen showed that for quite awhile that I'd win around 140 mBTC if player A won, and approx 80 mBTC if player B won. Then I went back to maybe 15-20 minutes after the match and 3 of my attempts at the 60 mBTC level apparently WERE matched, so instead of winning 140 mBTC I was now losing 40 mBTC. Even though it wasn't showing me that until well after the match. Well that's the side that ended up losing. So I had 180 mBTC (roughly $1600 just lost) and I would have never hedge that much and had no reason to. Interestingly enough when I go to my pending wagers at this point, only one of the 60 mBTC wagers are showing, and the other 2 are missing ( I have a screenshot). I'm only mentioning this because it points to some kind of technical difficulties on their end, and is the only somewhat solid proof I have of weirdness going on.
I'm going to reach out and see what they say, but I have a feeling they will tell me I'm SOL since it's an exchange, and apparently I was matched with someone without me knowing and after making multiple bets after. Be careful there. I will let you know what shakes out. I've withdrawn all my funds and will move to somewhere else unless they can explain this to me. I've been there since beginning and I know the exchange back and front. I didn't make a mistake. Their software did.
