Suggestions about crypto wallets and cards (for betting profit)
hi guys, I’m quite noob in cryptos, but good enough in betting. I use to bet in asian brokers and so far I’ve always withdrawn my profit via ewallets. I’ve never felt sure keeping my money there (skrill, neteller, epayments etc) so I’m now looking for a safer and more suitable solution. What do u suggest me? keep in mind that I’m not interested in cryptocurrencies trading, just I wanna use the most stable one between them to store my betting profits and just use 1 or more cards (v*sa or Master*ard) to pay at POS and withdraw at ATM, converting cryptos to FIAT (w/o or with low fees ofc).

thanks in advance for your precious suggestions!

Order a bitpay card. Costs $10. Bitcoin to card is instant. Easiest option there is.

this option includes O or very small fluctuation of my criptos. Last thing I need is that my profits decrease over the time just being stored in a hardware wallet

Not sure what you mean but once you load the card it's converted to dollars and remains dollars while on the card. There is no way to lose money.

I try to explain better. Ofc you can't keep big amounts on a card otherwise my problems wouldn't exist keeping euros on skril or neteller. But they are well-known not trustbale over some amounts. So you must save them in a safer place that could be a btc hardware wallet ok? but I don't want this operarion make me risk loossing too much money due to crypts fluctuating. have u got me now?

I think I get where you’re coming from but you will have to covert Bitcoin to a currency backed stablecoin to avoid price fluctuations. I know you said you weren’t interested in trading crypto but stability and bitcoin price do not currently exist. You can still store your stablecoins on your hardware wallet, but you may have to convert the stablecoins back to bitcoin to deposit, depending on the sportsbook. Not sure if that helps or if that’s even what you were asking.

is it possible to send this stablescoints directly from hardware wallet to cards and spend them in euros? or will I always need the conversion in btc before any step in both directions? the conversion will take me any fee?

i would think so but I do not know, it would depend on the card. Everything is years behind in the US. Coinbase offers a card, not sure if it’s here in the US yet. I do not recommend coinbase to anyone though.

After a successful launch in the UK and Europe, Brian Armstrong said that now his company wants to introduce the Coinbase Debit Card to the customers in the United States.

im sure there are people around here or crypto forums that will be much more helpful than me, everything is still locked down tight in the US, so I just don’t have experience here.

I use what themike recommended BitPay. You can load up to $25k. I pay a 3% conversion cost if I travel outside the US using a different currency. You should be able to load your card in Euros. Here's a list of debit cards:

You will hit "add funds" to your Bitpay account. It then gives you a bitcoin address. Send the bitcoin to that address and it will automatically convert to your choice of USD or Euros. Your balance with then be in USD or Euros, not bitcoin. You can then use as a debit card to purchase items or make ATM withdrawals.

                            Bitpay is good,

                            Have you used Zelle?

If you just make an account that has zelle, you can selle via paxful or localbitcoins at 7% of market price.

This will prevent your biggest fear from what you're saying.

EDIT I conflated two different providers, Zelle and Stripe. What a clusterscrew of a post. I should be banned for it. I actually use both.
Point#2 relates to Zelle, everything else relates to Stripe.

1........One of the recent Fintech Unicorns- a middleman used by businesses and banks for their customers to instantly transfer funds \ make payments, utilizing maximum privacy, speed and anonymity.
While you are logged in at Institution A, Zelle confirms your login details @ Institution B- (allowing the adding of a verified funding source and\or instant transfer) WITHOUT Institution A seeing B's login details, or you needing to provide exterior account \ routing #'s, or you needing to login at B to push to A, or patiently wait like when using the classic micro funds verification process over a multi day period.

                                  The advantages are:
                                  A. Secured privacy.
                                  B. Ease of use.
                                  C. Instantaneousness.
                                  D. Zero fees.
                                  E. You can transfer money to any other private individual, not just yourself or a business(if the bank offers it).
                                  F. Does not require any separate and individual enrolling or applying with Zelle.

ALTHOUGH... any Bank involved could theoretically adjust anything- per their own security policies.

PS--------- if you change your default DNS or use VPN, the ENTIRE PROCESS CAN FAIL, to boot with misleading error messages like your login details \ password are incorrect or server busy test later or xx website is temporarily down. And not just here, but when remotely logging in to certain banks from various web providers, or when shopping online- with different checkout cart providers some particular payment cards\methods don't work.
Disable\change to another or default your VPN\DNS and everything will instantly go thru like magic.

2....... One can sign up with Zelle individually and send funds to anyone's phone or email, the recipient does not even need to already be a member.

                                  HOWEVER......THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR:

A previous owner of your recipient's phone # or email could instead get the funds! Zelle does NOT reverse transactions and treats disputes as the responsibility of the sender not sufficiently verifying all before sending.

There's plenty of Sim and email hijacking to worry about these days.

Folks lose email accounts & phone #'s through switching providers \ inactivity.
Then some innocent person signs up.
But the previous person is in Zelle \ partner Bank database. Nobody updates their new details at every financial place, plus has dormant accounts. Or, gets sent to another country\penal\health Institution... dies...
For years i get alerts from accounts @ previous phone # owner. Ditto @ one of my email addresses.

@ #2, whenever possible have your intended recipient pre-enroll in Zelle with identical name\phone\email.
ALWAYS do a minimum test send the first time(each time if possible), and thereafter ALWAYS confirm recipient's phone and email has not subsequently changed.

3...... **** just acquired Zelle, so who knows what's next.

                                  Good luck.

Zelle is a popular money-transfer app that sends cash almost instantly. But how safe is your money? Here's know to use Zelle safely.

It sounds like a real trap connecting Zelle to your regular bank account.

honestly I don't like at all this Zelle. We are too far (and in any case in a too risky zone) from what I was looking for in my 3D

I think zelle is great and use it all the time. Where else can you transfer money instantly with no fees whatsoever? I wish it was around when I was using the money transfer places that were charging $50 a transaction. Also it takes about 10 seconds to make a transfer with zelle.

I wish it was around when I was using the money transfer places that were charging $50 a transaction. Also it takes about 10 seconds to make a transfer with zelle.
Down here banks have been providing this same free service for more than 20 years themselves, with customers protected and insured when using it like any other function of your online bank accout.

I'd guess it is the same in Europe.

I agree the service is great. But your bank is just selling out to a third party, which opens up a security hole to your account, which they say they have zero responsibility for as transfers cant be reversed.

Guess what? they cant be reversed here either, but my bank will still take full responsibility if I am stolen from!

Your bank probably allows easy creation of additional accounts you can instantly transfer between.

For the convenience of Zelle I would do that and attach only it to Zelle. Then only transfer money into that account as I am about to send it, and move money out as soon as I receive it.
