Blockchain wallet will automatically give you a new receive address after the last one issued has received a payment.

Maybe you gave the same receive address to Bovada and someone else, and the someone else has already sent to that address.

Anyway, log in and click settings top right corner of website.

    Then click "Wallets and Addresses"

You should see your main wallet listed under "Wallet Name"... click the MANAGE link on right side.

    Then click "ADD NEXT ADDRESS"

Now click request and you will be given a brand new receive address to give to Bovada.

I do not think you can do that with your internal Coinbase wallet.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong about that. But it's best not send direct from Bovada to Coinbase if it can be avoided anyway.

Not directly, you'll have to go through an exchanger like Coinbase or Gemini or CashApp. Or use a person to person exchange like localbitcoins or paxful. Or go from blockchain through a Bitcoin ATM machine.

They offer some deal through a third party exchanger inside blockchain, but I have not seen a positive word about it. Best to ignore.
