Problem with Coinbase SMS

It was working fine today and not I am not receiving my sms to log into my account. I can't get anyone on the phone. I got a generic response from an email. I do not know what to do here. I have cleared out the messages, i receive texts from other companies but not coinbase as of today.

I had a similar issue with them a while back. They will respond and maybe help you in about 3 months. I'm not joking that is how bad their customer service is.

Keep trying the phone number.

Most people end up getting through and they are helpful when you do reach them.
