Question about Wallets & Buying Bitcoin w/ CC

Hello,

I looked at some threads and hoping I didn't miss obvious answers. I'm looking at opening an account on 5Dimes or Heritage. I'm a newbie with Bitcoin, so I have 2 questions I was hoping to get helped out with in regards to Bitcoin:

1) Is Coinbase the unanimous place to BUY Bitcoin?
2) I want to buy Bitcoin via a CC (I have ** & DISC), how long until I actually receive the Bitcoin? An hour? 3 days? A week?
3) I seem to be coming across some bad stories with Blockchain as a wallet. I've seen some positive remarks with Guarda/Electrum/Exodus/Mycelium. Any1 else recommend them or other wallets I'm not aware of?

I want to do this to make getting paid from the books a little cheaper/easier checks or bank wiring. Appreciate it guys!

yes setting up the account take a week or so. attach your bank account and your CC VI$A. The fees for CC are like $20 for $500 but if it a debit card it is instant. if you have less than $10k coinbase wallet is good enough just have good passwords and watch where you login. You recieve the bitcoin and can send it under 30 mins but only debit card if you withdrawal from your bank account take 10 days.
