That probably means no if the CS don't know the term.

But email might be a better way so they have time to go ask someone cs@BetOnline.ag

Fairlay offers native segwit address deposits but I don't know any others off the top of my head.

my mycelium wallet has bech32 (segwit native) P2PKH (segwit comp) and P2SH (Legacy) all can send and receive to any btc wallet and I have sent to and received from to BOL
