BitPay stuck on fetching payment information

Anyone else having issue loading funds from wallet to debit card? Mine is stuck on "Fetching payment information" and will not load funds onto my card.....

loaded as usual today for me....i have noticed though that if you are sending BTC that has a parent unconfirmed it wont accept it the bit pay invoice even though wallet says sent it really doesn't and have to wait for all confirmations in wallet to send...try reboot your phone may be a sync issue

Transaction has 6+ confirmations. Rebooted phone, still stuck on Fetching payment pop up....

did it send btc or just pending per fetching payment?

It did not send the btc since it is stuck on the fetching payment info screen the entire time.

just cancel the invoice or close it and submit a new one for a different amount though just to be safe

log on via the desktop its much easier just scan QR code it generates

Just tried, unable to click send on the app once I scan the QR code it generated..Weird..
