Have intermediate wallet, looking for another exchange other then coinbase and Gemini to deposit into my bank account. Someone that takes US customers and has a app preferably I can google it but I’m lazy any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Kraken send wires withdrawals to US bank accounts. Cost is $35 I think.
The Cash App by Square Inc will ACH to your bank, but they seem very careful about checking what people are doing and seem to close down accounts fast. So unlikely good for large amounts.
Independentreserve.com is an Australian licenced exchange that accepts USA users. Wires for deposits and withdraws. They charge $20
Bitpay.com/card lets you ACH to your bank account, or make cash withdraws at regualr ATMs, or pay bills etc.
