Careful w Cash App

They closed my account while back for sending btc from app to my personal btc wallet exclusively yet i did have days w multiple buys....finally get response from CS month + later..
Wtf! Block or reverse transfer of funds? Impossible right?

every btc purchase transaction via debit card was sent direct from app to my personal BTC wallet.....I did have some days where I would make 3-5 purchases all under 200$ or so....The company seems to have pretty bad CS....

this though is strange what can they do as its non reversible btc sent trans that confirm

isnt that the whole point of the APP do do things like you are doing? buy and move. what is that APPs use for?

Same exact thing happened to me a while back. Same exact response from cash app. Frustrating when a company bans you and you have done nothing wrong. It's a great service but they are weird. Why offer bitcoin services if you are going to ban people for using it? I've thought about filing a complaint with the better business bureau but not sure if they can do much if it's in their rules to just ban people.

They will only be able to reverse payments with traditional methods.

Which I assume would only involve refunding your purchases there?

You would think they could hire some customer service reps

I do the same thing on cash app but no more than maybe 4 or 5 times a month and no more than $100 at a time

I’m guessing they want people to purchase from them and then let it sit in their wallet rather than purchasing and then immediately sending it out
